How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 2–4 working days to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will receive an email with your tracking number after dispatch.
When is shipping free?
Orders from €30 are shipped free of charge. For orders under €30, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.99.
Can I return my order?
Yes! You have 30 days after receiving your order to return items – free and uncomplicated. Simply send us an email to info@vefash.de and we will take care of the rest.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (installment purchase & instant bank transfer) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status at any time in your customer account.
Are your products of high quality?
Yes! All our hair accessories and beauty products are carefully selected and quality-checked. If something does not meet your expectations, we will exchange it free of charge.

Can I redeem a discount code?
Yes! You can enter discount codes directly in the shopping cart or at checkout. One discount code can be redeemed per order. Current offers can be found in our Sale.
